If your delivery pin-code falls within our express-zone and the product is stocked locally, you may receive your order the same day. Check during checkout.
Sometimes payment gateways or banks take time to reconcile the transaction. If the amount has been debited, our system will update once the bank confirms it (typically 3-5 working days). If still unresolved, please reach out with your payment ID.
COD availability depends on your delivery pin-code, the order value and product eligibility. If your location or product isn’t eligible, the COD option may not appear.

Due to the nature of our edible products, we do not accept returns once shipped.
However, if you receive a damaged, incorrect, or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and our team will make it right.
